Deposits

A $50 deposit confirms your booking and holds your slot. It comes off the final price — it is not an extra charge. The balance is due once the detail is finished.

Rescheduling

You can move your booking free of charge up to24 hours before the start time, from your account or by replying to your confirmation email. Inside that window, give us a call — we will do what we can, but the slot is usually already committed.

Cancellations

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking and your deposit is refunded in full, back to the card you paid with.
• Cancel inside 24 hours and the deposit is retained. By that point the day is set aside for you and the slot cannot realistically be re-sold.

No-shows and access

If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle — nobody home, a locked gate, no room to work safely — we will call you and wait ten minutes. If we still cannot start, it is treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.

Please make sure there is space to work around the whole vehicle, and tell us at booking time if water or power will not be available. We can work fully self-sufficient; we just need to know.

Weather

Detailing in heavy rain does not give you the result you paid for. If the forecast turns,Nathan will call it and you will get a text and an email with a rebooking link.There is no penalty and no lost deposit — pick a new time that suits and we carry everything over.

Light drizzle is usually fine for interior work and for anything done under cover, so a shower does not automatically mean a reschedule.

Subscriptions

Recurring plans can be paused, resumed or cancelled at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; visits already paid for still go ahead. We ask for a week's notice where you can, so the calendar can be re-filled.

Our side of it

If we have to cancel — illness, a breakdown, anything on us — you get your deposit back in full and first pick of the next available slots.
